Hill Harper - The Good Doctor

The Importance of Black Ownership + Fatherhood

Harper is best known as an actor in ABC’s #1 TV Drama ‘The Good Doctor’, but is also a Harvard-trained lawyer, serial entrepreneurial and money guru.  He has a passion to help Black America build wealth and ownership.  He wants to dispel the stereotypical image of success in communities of color and instead emphasize alternative views of what it truly means to be successful.  Harper has made a major investment in Detroit as a homeowner, the owner of Roasting Plant Coffee in the heart of Detroit and has other projects in the pipeline.  During the fireside chat Hajj and Harper will discuss a series of topics from black ownership, fatherhood, Hollywood and the city of Detroit.
